Shipping
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri). Transit takes around 6–8 business days, so your total estimated delivery window is 7–10 business days.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is a $30 flat rate for all orders within the United States. No minimum purchase required.
Which carriers do you use?
We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on your location and order.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship within the United States only.
What is the order cutoff time?
Orders placed after 3:00 PM CST will begin processing the next business day.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
You can return eligible items within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused, in original condition, with all packaging and tags. No restocking fees.
Who pays for return shipping?
If the item is defective or incorrect, return shipping is free. If you changed your mind or ordered the wrong size/color, you cover the return shipping cost.
How do I start a return?
Email us at support@myfootguard.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you return instructions.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are processed within 7 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect it.
Can I exchange for a different size or color?
Yes! Contact us at support@myfootguard.com and we'll arrange an exchange for a different size, color, or product.
Are there non-returnable items?
Yes, for hygiene or safety reasons, certain products cannot be returned. These items are clearly marked as non-returnable on their product pages.
